    Does anyone know if there’s a tool available for the Scorpion Evo handguns locking nut? It’s so annoying trying to squeeze fingers down the hand guard to tighten the nut up. TIA

    I just nip it fingertight . Wouldnt want to overtighten it. its only thin wall ally.

    You just spin it finger tight, doesn't need anything more than that at all. The muzzle device acts as a lock nut.

    ETA: One thing that literally anyone who owns an EVO with the factory rail system should own is the Airtech Studios Charging Handle Lock. I really cannot recommend this thing enough, it makes reinstalling the handguard much less difficult. Their Stock-Butt Stabiliser Unit is good too.

    I have a 3D printed hardguard which is longer and it’s a struggle getting my fingers in to screw it on. A guy is making me a 3D printed tool so I can nip it up easier.

    I hope everyone is keeping safe and well during this unusual time. For keyworkers like me, keep on there's light at the end of the tunnel.

    I haven't been able to play for a number of years due to early stages of heart failure but this has certainly made me think and I'll be getting back playing once we're back to normality :o).

    Just purchased a second ASG Scorpion Evo + the EvoTek expert kit :). Why two you may wonder because they're awesome and should one go down I have another as a backup.

    So I’ve got Earmor M32’s and I purchased the helmet adapters for them which are rubbish, does anyone else have a set and what other adapters do you use ?

    just remembered I can’t put adapters on my M32’s because the cable that runs from right to left to connect each ear is underneath the leather head strap and I’d have to cut it to get the cable out

    Finally my license has arrived.

    I'm an accredited NSRA range conducting officer. Scary that this covers me from the tiny .22 long rifle all the way through from 9mm, .40cal, 45ACP to the huge .303 winchester.

    What an Epic Monday of work. Travelled to Belfast to do a Tactical Firearms course got to shoot a 357 Magnum and a Springfield XD .40 awesome. I’m now a qualified range conducting officer for MDO ranges although I’ll never go on one haha. Roll on the weekend for an entire weekend of airsoft.

    Been looking at prices today. I think it'll be cheaper abroad than the U.K. but not much given the current exchange rate. Worth looking into once I've done my tandem

    Have you looked at the US?

    I had a choice between doing my ATPL training in either Madrid or Phoenix. If there are cheap flights to be had to the US, you could look there too.

    A mate has given me some prices to do it in the US where he did his. The price isn't bad and he said the same as PT, the weather is pretty much guaranteed

    I'm sure they are and you was fully aware of this but in case others are reading not all threads are ccw. G&P & I know the Army Armament L85/R85 are also cw not ccw threads. As for manufacturers over-tightening stuff or worse permanent thread lock on stuff - stop it just stop it

    The problem with G&P too is that they tighten it to the point that you can seriously warp a receiver if you try to undo it without a reliever block. I'm not quite sure what they're doing in the factory but good lord...

    I knew it was a CW thread but they'd used more than enough thread lock that it wouldn't loosen up. Ended up having to take the outer barrel completely off so i can heat it on it's own.
