Took 4 calls and numerous emails..sent the completed RIF declaration form they sent me..twice, to two different people. Ended up in call system with someone who speaks Engrish. (Very painfull conv) Ugh....
I had a similar nightmare of actually trying to get hold of a person as my package was in limbo (system said out for delivery, email from supplier said held by UPS). Despite UPS already having my email and phone number I had to phone them and then leave the phone on silent for a minute until it defaulted to an operator (lot of systems do this BTW), before getting them to send me the form.
Then they sent me the wrong form and asked me for my business number, which I don't have as I'm not a business.
This was all for a box mag...
In the end it still ended up being £30 cheaper than buying over here, but not convinced the hassle was worth it.
somebody needs a new calendar ?
