If you havent shipped it then up to you.

Probably better to just let go rather than risk him pulling a dispute after you've sent it to him.

I'm usually the kindest guy ever when it comes to buying and selling, I try to be as accommodating as possible but in this case I feel like he could've told me yesterday, when he supposedly realized he didn't want both rigs but only one.

In the meantime I went ahead and paid for shipping, explained (nicely, as always) that it was a tiny bit too late as he could've told me earlier (yesterday, in fact)..

I also suggested him to fit some pouches and list it himself, I found that people tend to favour kitted rigs instead of barebone ones, so he might have the chance to make a small profit out of it :)

If he doesn't want them, sounds like he's going to have to eat the shipping cost so just refund him minus the shipping cost.  That is if you can't cancel the shipping and get a refund on it.
