Make sure to pair some flashy neon coloured clothes and remember the most important thing:

MAGDUMP THEM RENTALS!

Dye i4 or i5 if you wanna feel leet. Hands down the best full face protection. They also do a dyecam version if you don't want to be neon.

Do it, you'll love it. Outdoors my go to is SRS and snipe at long range, indoors I run round with a hpa hi capa. Nothing says you have to categorise. Do you - Be happy.

For sure, so many of my CQB experiences have been soiled by issues with eye pro (fogging) and face pro (just general discomfort) to the point I feel it'll be a worthwhile investment. Having used various 'full face' solution throughout the years there is definitely a psychological element which comes in when using a purpose built product over a home made/jerry rigged system. Good protection makes you more willing to do daft things, who knew!

'Dyecam' is probably the way I'd go, just so it  looks a little less out of place should I want to use in't woods. I tend to use herosharks, a delta mike mouth cover snood thing which either a leaf suit balaclava or cap and peltors in woodland and that feels ike more than enough to make me feel protected. As good as herosharks are, I just don't trust mesh for CQB.
