Sniper was being antagonistic, but you dont put your hands on a player. 

Only 4:30 in but agree with the Marshal so far. The person filming is shooting from their spawn, get's hit, keeps their gun in the same (offensive) position, get's hit again and complains? The Marshal suggests they don't try to engage targets from that point. Is it so hard to move to a different spot? 

Edit: Haha what a Princess. Get's his camera pushed down once and flaps around like he's being chased by Jason Voorhees. What was all that intentional fumbling and stalling at the chrono too?

Overall the Marshall was in the wrong but the “cammer” shouldn’t have mocked his engleeesh which probably made the situation escalate.

Marshall - You're just doing this so you can make a big video with drama.

Cammer - It'll probably never see light of day. I'm only recording for my safety.

I don’t know the chap in the ghillie, but the Marshall (and site) I do know, and can vouch for him as a fair-minded, level-headed and conscientious professional, concerned for everyone’s safety & enjoyment on the field.

I know the Marshall and hes screwed me over quite badly in the past.

When I last went to Splatoon I thought it was run rather poorly and there was lots of firing into spawn points which was not stopped. It's not as if they didnt know there was a problem with this before. 

+1 on what @Skarasaid. I'm afraid that is battery in the legal sense.

In that situation my adrenaline production would have been sufficient to keep three hospitals operating theaters going for a week!

I think I would have been justified in defending myself.

No need to get that close (especially without a mask in these times) and absolutely no need to reach up and grab someone's camera (or any other possession really).

But heh, I guess the ref was having a tough day and snapped.

Understandable but not justifiable imo.

The upload imo was unnecessary, but after all this guy's KM's mate (or fanboy) so yeah, he's getting his 15 minutes of fame.

Marshall didn't make the situation better but the guy with the camera equally went fishing to make it worse. Not surprising how KM is top commenter and he is the one normally screaming snowflake at people when the guy recording was really playing the snowflake card himself.

It's a shame as I'm fairly sure if both were to have had a 5 minute cool down and then discussed it like adults it could have continued without problem.

At the end of the day, its their field, you play by there rules. A marshals word is fine. If you don't like it go somewhere else.

He should have listened to his mate 'It isn't worth it' comment and carried on about his day. I noticed how he conveniently cut it there though...

But instead made a big song and dance about it, crying for attention about it on YouTube. This player has done the whole of airsoft a disservice. IMO 

It's a shame this is how things shake out, but it seems to work every time eh? Looks like 'assault' is good word to use in your titles folks ?.
