Urgh, I'm already beginning the transition into a camo monkey.

I'm booked in to Section 8 on Sunday, although I'm in two minds about whether to actually go.  Seems like they've been removing negative Facebook reviews, and the Google ones seem to be pretty consistent about all the things that I hate: the access road being post-apocalyptic; more walking than pewing; more waiting around than playing.

We'll see how it goes, but I'm really more of a domesticated house borg.

My local airsoft keeps getting burnt down by kids from a nearby school (they know this because they keep leaving the school books they used to start the fire at the scene). As this is just circumstantial they can't be punished by the law, so the owner decided to invite them to a free game in the hope they'd learn to respect the site. Maybe you could try that? Get wee Jimmy Krankie to come along for some CQB action... 

@Rogerborgi hope you have good suspension on your car for s8. it's true what the reviews say about the road its not really that pleasant. with no real area to park in, just a narrow lane and hope you can squeeze in. let us know how it goes though.

That does seem to be a theme. If it's genuinely that bad, I might just sack it off.  A broken spring or holed brake pipe is more than a day's pewing is worth.

@Skara - They burned a lot more than just a patch - The safe zone, food/shop caravan and several buildings.
