I'll re-phrase that... are the gas tube & picatiny rail removable without fucking it up?
My hopes are up again!

haven't tried to remove the rail. but the gas tube is only held on buy one screw.

Rail is removable. Got to use it in game today. 1st off it's not really suited to CQB with a tracer fitted (Considering cutting the barrel down to AC-556K length. might try to use a M14 selector switch to covert it visually to a AC-556K. Right the good, Trigger response is snappy, gun cycles through the firing modes quickly. gun was consistent with shot placement. Range was not fantastic 30ish m before dropping. was using 0.25s and not really had a chance to set the hop. The bad. To get to the hop you have to unscrew the heat shield which in turn holds the barrel in place, so if you the screw out and friction fit the heat shield to access the hop the barrel will spin ( doesn't fall off). The battery compartment is tiny and a bastard to open with out a tool. however it kept falling off in game. overall I am happy, Its a useable gun with room for improvement.
