Legit or BS scammer

Personally I won't do any deals without Paypal G&S or face to face contact.

Most people won't go to the length to reply that they did so it might be legit but I wouldn't do it. Bank transfer is always risky unless it's face to face and you have the goods

Maybe try arrange a meeting to see the item and then pay in person??

Second time this listing has been asked about it's a very sketchy listing. Multiple sellers using the same background. Orange tip which is used on us replicas. Avoid

Looks like a scam to me, giving you bs about your bank covering all transactions via bank transfer, absolute bollocks.
& the way its written, definitely someone for whom English isn't their first language, & don't get me started on him trying to act like your new BFF, as if this deal will lead to many more worthwhile opportunities.
Fuck him, report it for what good it will do, & move on.

It's a scam. No doubt at all.

He's trying to play a trick on your confidence, hence why it's called a con. He's trying to portray himself as virtuous and like he has your best interests at heart while showing you as being completely protected if something goes wrong.

The three listings you've given have shown the same backdrop from 2 different accounts, one claiming to be in Cumbria and another in Ireland. The guns are even mounted on what appears to be the same stand. Look at the black pattern and blue dot.

It's a shame Used Airsoft's admin couldn't care less. I'm surprised he doesn't risk being charged with providing a platform scammers can run rife on and not taking action or giving people an option to report suspicious activity.

i basically told him what a load of utter bollocks he's talking about and told him to fuck off you scammer, so would there be any point in reporting it then if the admins don't care

I’ve reported scammers on there, waste of time, no mods, and the owners don’t care as they never respond and the adds I reported stayed on the site.

His opening bit about contacting your bank for a refund is utter bollocks. When you do a bank transfer they specify make a point of telling you it can't be reversed. Tbh I stopped reading after that.

As others have posted nothing gets done about reported scammers. Personally I wouldn't bother with the whole site

Kinda makes you wonder what's the point of the site, advertising looks minimal so no great revenue stream there, was it started with the best intentions, but for whatever reason has now been left to tick along automatically of its own accord ?, allowing the scammers to run amok.

I think you're right. For whatever reason it appears the owners have just abandoned it.

Wasn't the owner posting on here last year asking for feedback? If so then they clearly took no notice.
