    The pinion gear don't make noise on it's own :-) It's the interactions between the pinion and the bewel gear that makes "pinion gear noise"... So matching the pinion to the bewel will lower noise.... 2 out of 3 times this can be done by shimming the gears (bevel to pinion) and ajusting motor...

    Some times the rubber has longer lips that can be pushed to far into the unit -> Resulting in jams because of to high resistance ... Also some rubers has a slightly larger nub on the rubber -> then you have to shape down your unit "press" to not press as much on the rubber ...

    In general what you need is a lipo balacing charger (That makes sure the charge is equal on all battery cells) ... Most people reccomend the Imax chargers because they do a good job at a good price :-) But the most important thing is to find a charger with balancing !

    Also get a mosfet! when using lipo 11.1 then you will have burns on the triggers !!! So get a mosfet af priority one! Don't have to be a fancy programable one, a simple mosfet swithc can do the job just fine :-)

    trigger is hard to pull => There must be something wrong (A jam of some kind inside the trigger mechanisem)... very unresponsive => This can be because the trigger contacts as just barely touching eachothers because of the jam .... Nothing can be concluded for sure .... I don't thing you...

    1: Sportsline models come with plastic bushings on the gears ... Change them before the gun fails!!! Instead of mking a long list with details ( That a going to be long and complicated ) I will reccomend you looking at som upgrade "guides" .. like this one...
