We was always at the mercy of the landlord. We didnt expect anyone to buy such a property in its condition but hey it is what it is.  I've always been prepared for this and we already have in the works a similar sized site nearby :)

Just recieved the initial proposal for use of a 12 story office block in Kent! Its looking good. Fingers crossed!

I think I'm in a unquie position to answer this as we are opening two sites in Kent - both schools - both abandoned. The rent alone costs nearly 600 a day per site. Plus paying for staff on the day. Then we have the inital setup costs - So far Hextable school cost around 6500 and it isnt even...

Just to add, I actually brought a 100£ airsoft gun before I had a UKARA. Lasted 4 games and it just stopped. Stripped it down sold the gearbox and motor (which where Nurpol!) for 50£ and sold the metal barrel and a iron sight for another 30. So really those 4 games cost me £20 in weapon costs...

I would say it depends on what type of site you play at. Personally I've gone for a holo as I play at a CQB Site ( Bunker UCAP ) But.. One of my mates has the Phantom F Sight and I've had the use of it a few times. Pretty decent would definitely recommend getting some screen protectors if you get it
