I found one similar on a 4 year old reddit post, but it's a Fort Defender 2 Semi-Molle. The red colour could just be from the way that specific fabric ages. All the legit Fort vests I've seen in Emerald have wildly different shades on them when they've started to wear.

Looking at the comments on the Stupid Airsoft vid, T238 have responded and are addressing some of the issues but also suggested pinching the petals of the feed tube together with pliers as a temporary fix. I'm still not sold on it, but at least the manufacturer is actively responding to feedback.
