For sale Pistol WE P99 modified

I put in a slightly longer inner barrel so if you want to remove the endcap then it will stick out a bit. (I can install the original if you want without endcap) Added a bit of wear to highlight the edges and silvered the barrel. Added orange and white dots to sights. Leak free mag 3x...

What I have come to understand about pistols

I presume you're talking about the Mac11 since the only Mac10 I know about are the crappy AEPs

I don't like Co2 either. Though its generally more powerful and fires more shots before needing a refill, if the seals go it can be more expensive to fix because of the higher pressure and if the leak is not fixed it empties the whole capsule. I find ASG Ultrair gas to be good.

Welcome 🖐️ Gas blowbacks (GBB) are more fun but cost more of course. Airsoft is fun for plinking but would likely be frustrating if accuracy is the main goal.

Is the cyma cm 515 that bad?

Welcome 🖐️ If you can find a CYMA CM515 for under £100 then go for it but as said above, you can get a better one for not much more money. (Search the forum for 'first gun recommendation') You'll have to buy a coloured version 'Imitation Firearm' (IF) but if you go to a site and play 3 games...

Returning Player from pre VCRA / UKARA era

Yes, UKARA is a retailer registration database. I don't have any favourite review sources myself. Just watch as many as possible.

Returning Player from pre VCRA / UKARA era

Welcome back 🖐️ Yeah, TM are still highly regarded but there are others around with various quality levels and they all do similar weapons so its best to choose the one you like (G36 I guess for you) and then find out who makes good versions of it at your price range. Lots of reading and...

    Rebel Precision Gas - Green

Can't remember the site but it was Tokyo Marui something. I just did a search for gas recommended by TM. I don't have any TM gear but I've always heard that they recommend low power gas especially with the plastic slide pistols.

    Rebel Precision Gas - Green

Of course. I was just pointing out they don't expect their products to last well with higher power...

    Rebel Precision Gas - Green

From TM website: "HFC134a or 144a (such as Abbey Predator 144a gas) are the only gas type recommended to operate Tokyo Marui gas pistols or rifles. Please note that we do not honour warranty claims for the use of another type of gas (such as green gas, red gas, co2, etc...)"

Welcome back 🖐️ Yeah, I would guess quality, price and variety of toys has improved and some things stayed the same like 'call your hits' 😁

    Another new curious starter

Welcome 🖐️ You've got the right attitude to get the most enjoyment out of it 👍 As well as the replies here, read lots of the forum posts and watch some videos but take those with a pinch of salt because of course they're highly edited. (Don't watch anything by Kicking Mustang as he's an example...
