    osprey mk4 mag load

    between 6-8  mags loaded plus spare ammo carried. though this depended on your roll and personal preference, some people carried more, some less. Is there a specific regiment or battlefield role you are looking to do? Also what platform are you using? (SA80, L119, minimi, etc)
