Magazine compatability

I've got a tan magpul pmag that feeds in my ICS M4 but not my G&G L85 (doesn't seat in the magwell all the way)

I want to upgrade my old mags & like the look of them........but I need them to work in both rifles as I don't need seperate mags then & where do I start looking ??

I shaved the tabs (circled in red) on my Pmags for my Star L85 so they could feed, and so I didn't have to spend more money on magazines. They could still feed in my Classic Army M4. The magazines were Green Label so not as 'precious' as genuine Pmags.

I gave it go & still the same problem. I've since read that green label emags should fit

Pmags are shorter from the top to the start of the curve, Emags are longer.
