Semi auto shotguns

Oh cool like a Daytona system?

I'm really curious cos it's a niche that has so few other options. There's like, the Saiga and that's it. A semi auto M1014 or Spas-12 would be sick.
I'll be honest I don't know what the Daytona system is.

I have done dozens of conversions now.
Done both Cyma M1014 (technically a M3 tactical) and SPAS-12 conversions for people.
Here is a video of a M1014

Very cool.

Is the HPA engine available for purchase to install in other guns? Is it a bespoke design for each model of gun, or a universal drop-in?

The same engine is used across CYMA and TM tri-shots but it's not a drop-in because the internal plastic frames of the shotguns need precise cuts and milling out to make enough room and hold the engine in the right position. They also have changes to how the stocks get mounted due to hose routing.
The engine only works in tri-shots, I think people have failed before when trying to use the AEG style HPA engines in tri-shots because it doesn't have the specificity to the Tri-shot feeding system, which is very sensitive to instability and has a much longer stroke than AEGs.
