Secutor Velites..... any good?

I finally got round to using my G-VI today and its superb. Nice range and a smooth action even when i was slam firing it to give cover.

Ive seen a few horror stories about these so was hoping all would be ok. Turned out just fine

What horror stories have you heard?

Thinking of selling mine. Shotguns aren’t my cup of tea. I tried it, but I much prefer my mp7 for CQB

I've mainly seen people having trouble with the valves and buffer tubes leaking. Loose connections etc or just plain broken.

Hopefully this was just the early ones and its settled down.

Yeah. This was the first batch. Apparently they got lost and spent a load of time in a shipping container with no gas in them and it ruined the valves. Mine came with gas already inside. No sign of leaking.

Dunno, sorry.  I am interested in hearing if you're intending to swap a working G-II grip onto a broken TM, or the other way around.

I'm notionally interested in getting a G-II (if another shipment ever arrives in Europe) but not if they've got endemic problems.

Yeah, I did have a G-II but the pump arm broke and I sent it back, got a tm m870 second hand but that has issues with it being a bit too long and unwieldy, and a bit leaky, so I am going to see if I can get a G-II grip from a whole sale.

Best of luck, I've been waiting months for an EU restock.  I guess if you can find a Chinaseller flogging just the grips then it might be viable to import.

The secutor GII grip worked, its on the M870 now.

I was looking to get the red A.P.S shotgun then I found the Salient Arms one.

It is incredible the realistic loading of the shells into the gun and that pump is crazy satisfying. There is also something exciting about loading mid battle!!

Also got the matching SAI pistol.

I was trying to price one of these up yesterday but couldn't find them anywhere!  Salient's websites are down apparently.  I love the idea of them but not sure I could afford one... I can dream though!

You can find them on Zero One as a special order item. And yes they are worth the money.

They're on gen 2 now which has a gasable bolt, mine has the gasable shells which takes a little while to sort out, but I still love it.
