Anyone recommend a black tactical jacket (cheap)

Looking for a black tactical jacket which isn't stupidly expensive, with velcro on arms etc.

Don't want to pay £50 or so like the ones I have found and preferably like the one in screenshot.

Would like it soon and without a hood or removable/pocket for it.

+1 for camping shop, hell even sports direct do cheap thin jackets. I have one in the back of the car always for when I get caught out!

thing is your really specific with what you want, plus on a limited budget. Something will have to give. Either spend more and get a viper or similar or spend less and lose the hood/velcro etc... 

 
The Transformers picture shows what I am sure is either a Crye Precision Field Shirt or Combat Shirt in black. Or at least, I am sure it does...

Some on eBay at the moment. 

The Evike picture looks like it shows more of a soft shell jacket. So it is up to you which you prefer. 

For budget buys, check out Propper, Tru Spec or worst comes to worst, Viper or Kombat. 

If you want a higher quality, then TAD Gear, Crye Precision, Pentagon, Claw Gear, OPS-Tactical or LBX Tactical should be investigated.

Yerp, tad too expensive! 

I'll probably go for a black bdu as the actual gear you linked looks very similar.
