Post history

It's happened a few times where I'm trying to find threads I've commented on or made in the past but It takes forever.

I know you can search for a user and see their post history that way but I think it would be easier if we had some sort of area on a user's profile to where people can view their post/comment history with filters such as 'most liked' and 'new'.
