Hey guys,

I'm buying my first AEG. My local place is a CQB indoor building so I'm looking for a decent CQB rifle.

I have found two that are in my price range that I like. They seem to have similar specs as far as I can see and are both around the same price. Links bellow...

I'm new to the sport and only kind of know what I'm doing here so I wanted some input.

Is there any important factor between these two AEGs that I need to consider? Or at this point would it just be which one looks best...???

G&G AEG ARP 556

G&G GC16 300BOT Full Metal

I would love to just be able to fire both of them before buying but unfortunately there are no decent airsoft shop reasonably close to me.

Assuming that’s where you will buy from, and at first look, and I’m lazy and on my phone, top one as the other looks like it’s from the US and will probably be a pain with importing etc. and may end up costing you more with extra costs....but you may be fine

G&G as you know are most people’s first choice buys, but I went for ICS instead. Transform4, CXPUK1, nice little AEG with quick change system   :)

Others will give you a more detailed reply :)

They both seem to be in stock on UK online retailers.

I have one of these:

Awesome little gun. Trigger response is ridiculously snappy and its really easy to get on target quickly. Ideal for what makes a good CQB RIF.

Has an array of accessories for it made by Ares.
