My G39C from asia electric guns game with a 1200 8.4 battery, and i've put it on charge for 2 hours now, and have checked it with my gun and it isn't firing. I'm using a trickle charger by the way.

Sometimes you need to charge new batteries for a longer time than normal. Try giving it an extra hour or two but check it every five mins or you could overcharge it. Also, I would advise a smart charger so you can just leave it until it's charged.

It probably needs a lot longer on charge. There is some information in the `guides' section of this forum - do you know the charge rate on trickle?

A smart charger is very useful as they show a light when the battery is charged and then automatically goes to trickle charge - they only cost a few £. Component store are very good for batteries and chargers - do one for £7.99.

It just doesn't seem to be working the battery isn't even getting remotely warm.

On the charger it says input: 240v 50/60ghz

Output 250ma

The thing is i have no idea whether it may be the gun battery or fuse. but the fuse looks fine so i'm guessing maybe it's the charger or actual battery, which is a bit frustrating

Here is a link to an online battery charge time calculator.

For your 1200 battery and 250ma charger it shows betwwen 5 and 6 hours to fully charge. Worth trying that first before paying to send the gun back.

Did you buy from a UK dealer? If so, it would be worth calling them - maybe they would send a replacement battery/charger.

Alternatively, are you near an airsoft site - they could check the battery for you.

Are you using the battery which came with the gun? They're notoriously bad, so if you are get a better battery.

If you aren't sure if the Charger is working run a Voltmeter across it .
