i even put it in bold to make a point
Nah, nothing will be seen.

Oh and frizzle? Like macus (M_P) said, A&K guns are usually hit & miss. I was very lucky with my SVD, I'd bought it just before a bad batch came in. I don't know the quality of the SVDs atm, but I wouldn't get one if I were you. Get a proper AEG and have a go with actual skirmish-ready airsoft guns before joining the massed ranks of new players who buy sniper rifles, and then get dissapointed when they get owned by AEGs.

because it would probably weigh more than you?
snow wolf's version of the m82 can be lifted with one arm easily unlike the original socom gear m82.

My friend had one and I was allowed to have a go; I slung it round my back for a min and collapsed.

Your friend had a £1200 gun? Not sure I believe that. Anyway any AEG modelled on an AT/AM rifle is not very economical or smart, as the whole point on the real M107/M82A1 is to screw things up with a .50 BMG round. As every weapon in airsoft fires 6mm BB pellets with a legal cap of 450fps, the sort of performance you'd want of an M107 will not be available (or maybe even possible)

Some guy brought a M82 sniper (dunno which one) but they all must be a similar weight.

He had to leave it in his sniper position each time he died because it was too heavy to walk to dead zone and back again.

If you're not willing to put the money in required for a sniper rifle, don't bother.

Or do it because you don't take a hint, and them whine when some guy kills you with his rental gun at range.

Im guessing you have missed the joke ?
Yes, clearly I have, my bad

Not quite, The socom Gear and hurricane versions are indeed very heavy but the snow wolf is far lighter- still no feather but its certainly manageable.

Ak47frizzle, don't take this as a plus point or excuse to buy one, They're pretty awful and impractical. That and I will personally hunt you down and kill you.

Ed/random mod, please merge these two posts. Thanks

I'm sorry but my bullsh** detector is ringing:/

I pm'd him saying if he sold all his gear and got a decent aeg and nothing from justsh**guns.com for about £200 he could easily upgrade it to our power a sniper for half the price but he won't fricking listen -_-

Might aswell lock this thread as its just turning into a bottomless pit

I agree.

To finish up; do not get a sniper unless you have £400 or more to spend, know what you're doing and don't have wildly unrealistic expectations.
