How come the sound is so muffled?
The camera seems pretty good though, only thing I'd say would be to mount it on the right hand side of your head/helmet instead of the middle, or on top. At the start when you first take cover I can't see what's going on because the doorframe blocks the view.
Also, wouldn't that first grenade have killed all of you as well?

The grenade through the window?? technically not. The trategectary of the grenafe meant I was in hard cover as the grenade rolled under the desk
It is muffled as I have the waterproof case on it...this means that it wont get shot out like my last one.
Camera is contour HD you can put it in 1080p on youtube too
Ive got it on the right now as I got a new helmet so that will be corrected
