Used WGC a couple of times in the past, they were o.k, got the items pretty quickly and not a bad price. Ordered a few small items a few weeks ago, all apparently in stock, but still not despatched and they seem to be giving me the run around. Looked them up on Trustpilot and they had very mixed reviews. Apparently if you cancel an item, even if it’s not actually in stock they deduct a re-stocking fee. That is until you get PayPal involved.
I don’t mind waiting as they are only spares, but don’t like being given the run around.

Anyone else had the same lately.

Yes,  I ordered something recently, it said it was in stock, although low, they even sent an email saying it's in stock when I ordered. After about one week I asked what was happening with the order, they said it was out of stock and they were waiting on more and to wait two weeks. About three weeks later it was dispatched.

Their stock system clearly sucks.

I've put in another order for several low stock items again, but apparently it awaiting dispatch, so doesn't seem to have happened again.

Ordered a part for the GBB M249 from them a couple of weeks ago. It arrived in about 10 days with no issues.

Their stock information is not particularly reliable; however, I have ordered a number of items and have never had an issue.  Delivery is usually rapid.

Yes. Just don't expect fast dispatch. They're the slowest airsoft retailer known to mankind.

Spent about £100-300 with them every month.

Their stock system is better than most of HK retailers to be fair… but it takes about a week for them to pack your order and then 2 weeks to deliver…

They have been sent today, I did email them again last night to chase the order up.
