Macks airsoft dreamers of the week thread

Hmm, the listing has been removed, I wonder if the seller is on here & has read Macks???
As has been said, rifs are banned on eBay, I've seen numerous attempts by people to sneak them on, pics of gun bags with cryptic hints at the contents & various other dodgy descriptions obviously meant to confuse who or whatever checks listing's, I've yet to see a listing make it to the end of auction or obvious sale, they always disappear in their entirety.

Gotta wonder, why go to all that trouble when there's a few forums, as well as numerous selling sites that will accommodate all manner of rifs.

I'm guessing it's because forums have threads like this to call them out on their stupid prices. Also it makes it easier to scam people. If a listing only hints about possibly containing a rif then the buyer has no come back when they find out they've paid £200 for an empty gun bag.

I haven't used Ebay for years, it used to be great for bargains but it's now usually cheaper to buy from a proper shop.

I'm sure I saw this on another used airsoft site recently. Still an optimistic appraisal with the cosmetic issues in mind.

I can get the same IF or even the RIF delivered for the same money with (relative) peace of mind.

BBGnuz delivery is free over £50, and you get a 5% discount if you leave it in your basket for a day.  If you know what you're after, and why, they're no worse than any other airsoft retailer, and often a fair bit cheaper.

I do feel somewhat sorry for sellers who spend the kids' inheritance on building the gun that they want - which they then immediately decide that they don't want - but it's kinder to nip the fantasies in the bud.

Full-auto pistols are proper ashtray on a motorbike uselessness too. Either you're too close to use full-auto, or you're too far to use a pistol. Not to mention most just dump gas while spraying BB's on random trajectories.

Pistol drum mags are also fragile and suffer from cooldown way before you're through a decent number of BB's. I don't even like the 50 round Glock mags. My stock TM Glock 26 can't get through one before it's out of gas.
