Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

so I threw all my weapons in the back of the truck.

Now an unarmed civilian, I stepped out of cover and Ramon shot me in the chest.

Boom, war crime ?

Technically that wouldn't be on the Geneva checklist

My loadout from Sundays game, that @Skullcheweralready posted about in "how did your airsoft day go?".

It's subtle, but you might be able to make out my favourite outfit colour.

Not shown: 2 radios on my back as I was squadleader.

Also not shown: me getting a headache from having to decypher what two different channels are trying to tell me at the same time. ?

I need a head cover .... MTP boonie or cap?
Cut down MTP bush hat for the win I'd say! Takes a bit of crafting, but if you can be bothered:

1) unpick the binding tape around the rim of the hats brim

2) cut 1-2 cm from the outer brim (note DO NOT follow the stitching as a guide - genuine MTP bush hats have the brim stitches as a spiral, so following it with your scissors will end in a spiral peeled apple effect, and no remaining brim!)

3) re-stitch on the binding tape to the outer of the brim to stop it fraying

4) if the hat has too much internal volume, turn it inside out, pinch 1cm of or so of the higher back half of the crown's rim, and stitch it, such that when you turn it back the right way, you have reduced the height of the crown (the rear of the hat is usually higher, hence why you stitch just the back half).

5) place on your head, look awesome, attract ladies.

Which one is which?

It looks like me and my son. He's a tall boy as well ??

I need to re-do some pouches as the current setup I was using was interfering with my holster so I had to push it forward and it wasn't that comfortable, but after a whole day of airsofting on a very warm Saturday, I can say that I love my new ghillie setup. Yes I was very warm, but it was manageable and my glasses didn't fog up at all as I wasn't sweating absolute buckets. Will probably include a split chest rig when I'm using another gun like my m14 or SR-25, but the m700 magazines get mud in them when I crawl around with them in a chest rig as the BBs are fairly exposed (gas mag, so the BBs are exposed like a pistol mag), so I have to keep them in the belt even if they're a bit of a pain to grab to reload. Might try a split rig with the m700 magazines on the side...

Small alteration to my Direct Action Gear dump pouch. I already had the Esstac Kywi in it but I added a molle popper to keep the 3rd column of molle against the belt and hold it open better.

Then I added some elastic cord and cordlock to allow a can of gas to be stowed in there too. The cordlock is ziptied to the back of the pouch so I can grab the knotted end and pull it tight one handed.
