QD end plate on a TM NGRS Help!!!

Hello guys i am wondering has anyone put something like this on their TM NGRS and if so which one did you buy/where to get it ???

Any real steel or gbbr mount will fit. Though you have to dremmel it out by about 1mm all round; just use the stock one as a template.  Takes 10 mins bud. 

Brownells sell them, and you don’t pay import.

would i need to cut any off it for the wires aswell or should they be fine ?

You just grind out the location tab and the wires sit in the correct position. Like I said just use the stock plate as the template and your golden.
