For sale, WE XM16E1 Gas Blowback Rifle
Bit of history with this one, was originally brought as a SWIT Airsoft custom XM16E1, but then left in a garage to go mouldy and rusty… like, really mouldy and rusty.
I brought it boneyard and have restored it to the condition you see now, a fully working nice rifle.
Firstly, the paintwork/finish. The paint was mouldy and pealing, so I’ve stripped what I could, and decided to leave it as a “battle capture” finish that’s been used and abused in country too long! You may like it, or not, I think it’s pretty cool as it is.
It also has the bonus of period correct trademarks on the lower.
Everything was stripped, cleaned, regreased and replaced if necessary.
New parts include;
RA-Tech Steel trigger group
Brand new bolt carrier
Maple leaf hop rubber
Brand new front handguard
Now functions 100% on both modes.
Comes with 3 leak free 20rnd mags
