Seller posted out item quickly and with tracking details,but DPD in their infinite wisdom lost the parcel,I contacted the seller who went to the drop off point to inquire and also contacted DPD to raise the issue with them.
cipher-32 said he would refund me when DPD had looked into the problem which would take up to 18 days. DPD confirmed they lost the parcel and I was promptly refunded.
Although I didn’t receive my item cipher-32 took the time and effort to sort out the problem,so I highly recommend him and would buy from him again no problem.
