Will these be ok ?

You don't actually need a high torque motor to pull an M90 spring.

Just in case you're unsure, high torque means more force applied to turning the motor shaft than a standard motor. You'd only need that if the spring you were putting in was more powerful than the one the original motor was designed for. If you want a higher rate of fire and/or a faster response from when you pull the trigger until the BB is fired, you could upgrade to a high speed motor, but alternatively, since you're downgrading your spring (right? Surely it came with at least a M100 inside?), you could just up the voltage of your battery 1 cell - say from 8.4V to 9.6V.

With your tight bore barrel I'd get a really good air nozzle, because you are going to have more compression inside the barrel now, so making sure of a good seal makes sense.

It depends what you're trying to achieve really...?
