Where to send my ukara form?

So I got all my games and membership under my belt. I'm looking on the website and it just says to send to a ukara registered retailer. Does this mean a company like zeroone? Just worried I send it to the wrong place and it goes missing, can't be assed filling another form out over a few months.

Scan it in, email the image to frank at fire support and then post him the original ASAP. He added me straight away from the photo of the form.

I've also read on here that some people sent a picture of themselves with it. I don't see anywhere that mentions that on the ukara website, do i have to send one?

no, some sites will produce a membership card for you once you've joined, but not all and it's by no means compulsory.

Not fussed about a card, I purposely have a tiny wallet to cut down on the cards I carry.

It's down to your game site to give you a membership card if needed.

i had a bit of trouble with my UKARA i did it through a shop and i thought all was fine and dandy but when i went to guy a RIF second hand and they wanted to check my details they couldnt find them using the UKARA website??

were they doing it wrong as when i did a player self check i found myself on there?

thats what i thought, he did this in the end and i had copies of the paperwork signed also.

I dont show up on the self check but have emailed three retailers and they all confirmed im on there.
