Where can you get a picatinny rail with raised lug

Hey folks looking for a key mod keymod railmount that has a raised lug as normal key of rails don’t work with gun due to the heavy recoil it just shakes it off.

anyone got any ideas as I can’t find a single one anywhere. i hae put a pic up if you look at the front you will see what i mean so far i can only find them in america and they dont ship to us
