from the pic looks like you need a nunchuck style battery. I personally prefer LiPos but most players seem to stick with nimh.

assuming it is a nunchuck style battery and you wanted a LiPo then this is what I use:

(I actually use various different batteries depending on gun and game day but that should fit happily in the rear stock)
