Tool For PDI Cylinder Head

I recently received my cylinder head from PDI but theres a slight problem, instead of the 2 wholes it has a raised part in the middle to leave 2 edges, anyway is there a tool or something I can get?

If not any ideas?

Dunno if there' a tool,but you can do it the poor man's way:

-Wrap the nozzle thickly with electrical tape.

-get some clamps and screw it into the cylinder.

Huh...never thought of that XD.

You'd need a really thing spanner though,so It won't slip off the ridges.
