TM G17 outer parts - appraisals

Team hive mind,

Just bought a boneyard TM G17, I’m keeping the internals but selling the frame, slide and outer barrel, plus a perfect, brand new TM frame.  New frame is completely standard, below is the boneyard frame & slide, been stippled.

Do we think 40-50% new value?
