The Wargames Centre Steventson,Scotland

I have just started to get into airsoft properly and I am going to be playing my first few games at The Wargames Centre in Steventson.

I was wondering if any of you guys have been and if so what are the rules for being hit. (do you go to a respawn point or is it medic rules)???
