Here's a torch I found in some issued kit, the markings say that it's an Ultrafire with a Cree LED in it, but I have no idea what model it is...

cree Q5's are awesome £5 from hong kong yet can out do most more expensive torches in range and brightness, albeit the battery life isnt exactly great unless you get one with different power modes.....
