Tech that knows m249’s - recommendations please

Given up trying to figure out this m249, anyone have recommendations for a tech that I can send it too

Need the hop up messed with so it works, and the gearbox fires by itself. It’s got an airsoft pro hop to go in, with a gate nanohard
