Shipping Airsoft Gun to Norway

Hello,

I am a Norwegian who visited my mate in Preston UK.

I flew over there with my metal m249 when I visited him. Unfortunately I didn't bring it back with me as I didn't have any space.

Now I want to send him money, so he can mail it back to norway from the uk - but he says he don't dare to send it (he is not sure if it's legal for him to ship it to me)

If it shoulden't be a problem to mail it to me, can someone here please write how he should do it? So I can link him this discussion to show him he woulden't get in any trouble.

As far as I'm aware there is no issue with sending an airsoft weapon out of the UK, at least from this end. You would need to find out whether there are import regulations in Norway.
