serpa holster

Got a serpa holster for my glock 18c aep to go on my molle plate carrier

Put a bit of WD40 on the release catch and that's loosened it up a bit BUT the pistol seems a bit tight and yes its the right holster for it as I looked online for the specific one as there are a few available for different pistols

Is there anyway I can loosen the holster slightly ??

Heat it up a bit and hope it molds a bit better. The problem will be that the aep is made to different dimensions to real ones.

Thanks M_P, it needs to be stretched slightly or pinched in on the sides but I'll get the heat gun out later and give it a whirl or I'll just put up with it

Problem solved, the slide was getting pinched so the ridge on the holster was warmed up and pushed in until it cooled and now my pistol slides out more freely

i heated mine up and moulded it to my CYMA G18c AEP, it took quite abit of heat iirc ... but its nice and snug now

Think ive heard of people putting the holster in boiling water for a bit then fitting the pistol to remould slightly.

A bit of heat does wonders and it was pinching the slide but its all sorted now do its all good
