ris troubles

hi recently brought myself an ris fro my ics m4 unfortunatly it didnt fit it was about 2cm to long and i was wondering other than buying new barrels and inner barrels is there a way of moving the front sight so that the hadguard is longer.

if its any help the ris looks to be the same as the we 0056

Get a low profile gas block and a free floating rail.
Ics make their guns with out of spec size gaps between the handguard cap/ front sight and the delta ring.

Or an ICS branded one, that'll fit too.

There is a grub screw underneath the front sight post on ICS m4's, loosen it up with the correct size allen kek and you should be able to move it to fit the ris.
