hey friends im trying to figure out where to put my baofeng uv5r iii on my invadergear reaper QRB vest currently i have a 3 slot mag pouch on the front and a molle bag on the back it seems to big to fit on sides should i just toss it in a magpouch on the front and say job done?

Pack it away, lock it to a frequency (that you're allowed to use within your, I hope UK business license) set the volume and use the PTT

I'd stick it in one of the integrated mag pouches on the cummerbund, probably the rearmost one on your non-trigger side (so the left if you're right handed) and route your PTT and headset/earpiece/fist mic up the edge of the rear plate and over your shoulder.
