PX4 Subcompact advice

Hi guys, literally glimpsed a px4 compact (or subcompact ?) a while back & think I like the look, but know absolutely nowt about them, anybody got one ?, I'm wondering who makes them & what brand is worth having etc....basically any reliable info to help me make up my mind.

No problem finding a retailer, but the type I'm considering is the subcompact, like this :

but my limited experience with WE has been negative, hence why I'm asking for other opinions, I'm open to considering the WE, but would equally look at other brands (as long as its the titchy subcompact)
