Private selling without UKARA (legally)?

Hi guys

I've been out of the game for about 5yrs and have a fair bit of excess kit that is gathering dust.

Sady, I can't see myself getting back into the sport any time soon, so it's time to free up some space.

As it's been such a long time since I last played; and at the time of the VCRA I pretty much had all I needed; I never ended up being signed up with UKARA.

Is there any **legal** way for me to go around selling the RIFs I don't need anymore?

Other than the obvious "find someone with a UKARA and get them to sell for you/me?"

You dont need Ukara registration to sell, you only need Ukara registration or other form of defence to buy.

I was under the impression that both parties needed to be Registered in order to trade.
