Several years ago I went airsofting and loved it. Last year I decided to take it up as I had the time and money to put towards it. However I then decided to get married, which as you may know is an expensive job. Meanwhile my friends have all been able to go airsofting, got their UKARA, bought RIFs and I havn't been able to go once:(

As a wedding present some of my friends have said they will buy me a RIF, they assure me that it is perfectly legal.

My understanding of the law is that this is fine as its a gift and they all have their UKARA registration.

Am I correct?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Perfectly legal, and for once It's nice to say that and mean it, rather than the usual 'can my parents 'gift' me this and I accidently leave £150 lying around?'
