Old Vfc Barrel Nut

Hi Guys,

I bought an old VFC second hand and it came with an m lok rail that I’m planning on replacing with a ris rail but I can’t for the life of me get this barrel nut off! Any ideas?

I'd suggest a strap wrench.

I would use a large pair of grips or a strap wrench,  also not to sound like a twat you sure that's vfc? Looks like an old WE with that ce mark (early nuprol supplied)
