looking to buy from this site.looks ok i guess but any one delt with with them ? and they two tone any gun.i rang them up to find out.just after any info you guys might have.

A lot of the people I used to play with used them, don't think anyone had any problems- if there was it was nothing major

They are a very good website to buy from I've ordered many things from them only ever had one problem where a mag came broken with the gun so they sent me a new one they have great customer service everytime I've used them

I know this is a kind of an old thread but I had to add: customs can be a pain in the arse. I ordered a gun and Novat put all the proper postage/documents and customs still stopped it and said I needed to pay tax. The guy from Novat was as pissed off as me and he managed to sort it out because it came through a week or two later with no charge. Basically great service but if your needing something quick it's always a roulette wheel with customs.
