I love Project Farm reviews, just straight in to thorough testing.
These are mostly US brands that we don't typically see used in UK airsoft, but I found it interesting anyway to see the big differences in anti-fog and anti-scratch, with the revealing observation that the better the anti-fog, the more easily they scratched. Also that several glasses that were sold as having anti-fog clearly didn't, as I found recently with some Bolle glasses bought for workshop use.
Impact test is with a .177" steel BB at 238mph. I make that about 0.385g and 106ms / 350fps, or 2.16J, a pretty useful value for UK airsoft purposes. Every set of safety glasses down to the very cheapest survived that fine, as well as a drop-weight test, both round and pointed.
