(New Player) Need help with picking a gun!

Hi guys

Im am new to the world of airsofting i have a couple of backgarden style guns but am now looking to take it up a hobby by getting proper equipment,guns etc. I was first looking into the sniping aspect of the game but after reading the forums i have decided not to go for that but insted the assault style of game.Can someone help me with picking a starting gun.

What is your budget and what style of guns do you like

 
avoid DE like the plague, anything under about £120 is going to be crap.

the JG AUG is alright, but I don't personally like em, they feel a bit 'iffy' you can tell it is cheap.

also, don't let a gun with a battery and charger tempt you over one that doesnt for the same price.

 
Probably best to go and hire first, Just to see if it's actually what you want to do, before splashing the cash on a gun you might not use

I like the assault style guns and my budget is around the 150 mark.Plus would you say go with eleteric, gas or spring?

electric every time, judging by what you have said look at the SRC g36

 
you would be better off throwing bbs

never buy anything off just bb guns theyre all terrible

 
What would you recomened as i looked at the one you said and it was about £220 so i need one cheaper then that

 
They are a manufacturer, the shop you buy from does a the two toning you need to ask them

Really i thought you needed to have one?+ what about masks tactical gear etc?

 
No no point for a secondary if your starting, Urr you'll have to wait for more replies I only use ess glasses and they're quite expensive....
