Might help us name it if we could see a trailer or something...Otherwise, I'm thinking something along the lines of "catalyst", since the intel clearly has a catalytic effect, plus it gives you scope for some sort of snazzily named sequel...

Most modern firearms don't produce muzzle flashes? How about "the sh*t has hit the fan?".
