MEU Outer Barrels

Does anyone know where you can but MEU outer barrels from, every time I shoot it the barrel falls out the end of the gun?

By the way the make is WE

After doing some research, apparently any outer barrels that fir the TM hi-Capa or M1911A1 will fit a WE MEU, is this the thing I am looking for?
